Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timelines: Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days | Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (subject to availability).
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Flat ₹79 fee on orders below ₹499.
Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
Shipping Coverage: We currently ship across India.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Eligible Returns: Wrong product, damaged/defective product, or missing items.
Return Request Window: Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with Order ID and proof (images/videos).
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges: Only for defective/wrong items, subject to stock availability.
